受严重污染的强碱阴树脂复苏实验研究

摘    要:在探讨阴树脂受有机物污染机理的基础上,对其复苏处理进行了实验研究,确定了影响阴树脂复苏效果的主要因素--树脂的溶胀性及复苏液的酸碱性,并对所受污染的阴树脂确定了最佳复苏液的配比;同时针对铁污染确定了最佳复苏液的浓度.实验结果表明,复苏取得较好的效果,使阴树脂交换能力大部分得到恢复.

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of anion-exchange resin contaminated by organic matters, the recovering treatment has been studied by experiments. The two main affecting factors are the swelling of the resins and the acid-alkali nature of the recovering liquid. The best liquid for recovery and its mixture ratio have been defined, and the concentration of the best liquid for the resin contaminated by iron has also been obtained. The experiments show that better results can be gained by using these methods and the exchange capacity of the anion-exchange resin can be largerly recovered.
