对辽宁省中学体育教师专业素质现状的调查与分析

摘    要:运用问卷调查的方法对辽宁省14个地区的298名中学体育教师进行了调查,研究其专业素质需求情况,结果表明:中学体育教师对各项专业素质需要提高的要求程度各不相同,对专业知识急需提高的要求位于首位占38.75%、专业技能次之占30.50%、专业情意排第三位占15.25%;对专业知识和专业技能的各方面急需提高的要求程度和内容有所侧重;不同教龄段的教师对专业知识和专业技能的各方面急需提高的要求程度不尽相同;中学体育教师对专业情意素质的需求重视不够。

Abstract:By questionnaire investigation and literature review, we investigated the speciality quality of two hundred and ninety eight physical education teachers in fourteen areas of Liaoning Province. The physical education teachers in the middle schools hay different attitude of improving the speciality quality. Improving the speciality knowledge is firstly by 38.75% of the teachers, improving the speciality technical ability by 30. 50% and improving the speciality sentiment by 15. 25%. Meanwhile, their requirement is different in the degree and the content of speciality knowledge and technical ability. It is different that the teachers of different length of teaching pay attention to requirement of the particular content and degree of the speciality knowledge and speciality technical ability. The physical education teachers in the middle schools are lack of reouirement of the speciality sentiment.
