| 摘 要： | 在炼油厂的生产过程中，正常、平稳运行是至关重要的。用软件参与管理可提高管理水平，促进生产正常运行。过程控制平稳率统计软件是基于Visual Basic开发的可实现在线管理的应用程序，其运行结果可作为生产考核的主要依据，实践证明过程控制平稳率统计软件可大大提高考核效率，促进生产平稳运行。

| Abstract: | In the refinery process, it is extremely important to ensure the procedure running safely, and the standard and quality of production management can be improved by the software mangement. In this paper, the author developed a software based on Visual Basic, which could count the rate of unqualified production and write the result into a report-form. The software can be regarded as the criterion of production-checking, and it can implement in-line management successfully. |
