| 摘 要： | 从生物力学平衡的改变这一关键病因出发，分析了艺术体操运动员腰椎的生理特点，阐明了其生物力学平衡改变的基本过程，探讨了影响腰椎力学平衡结构的因素，提出了预防艺术体操运动员腰椎损伤的建议.

| Abstract: | Starting from the change of the balance of bio-dynamism which is the key pathogen causing lumbar vertebra injuries, this paper analyses the physiological characteristics of the lumbar vertebra of rhythmic gymnasts, expounds the basic process of the change of its bio-dynamic balance, explores the factors affecting the balancing structure of the lumbar vertebra, and raises some suggestions about preventing such injuries. |
