二氧化铈前驱体煅烧过程中的遗传性研究

摘    要:用尿素均匀沉淀法制备了不同形状的二氧化铈前驱体,研究了前驱体形貌、大小、结晶度以及煅烧温度对CeO2颗粒形貌、大小、结晶度的影响.煅烧过程中球形和棒状前驱体煅烧前后颗粒的形状和大小基本不变,颗粒在形貌和尺寸上具有遗传性,片状前驱体在形状上有遗传性.随着煅烧温度的升高,球形颗粒热分解和原子重排速度增大,CeO2颗粒结晶度增大,但是颗粒形状和大小变化都不大.前驱体颗粒的形貌和结晶度影响CeO2颗粒的结晶度,粒径较小、结晶度较低的粉体热分解和原子结构重排都相对容易,煅烧后CeO2颗粒结晶度较高.

Abstract:CeO_2 precursors with different size and morphology were prepared by homogenous precipitation using cerium nitrate and urea as raw materials. The effects of the morphology, size, crystallinity of the precursor and calcination temperature on the morphology, size and crystallinity of cerium oxide were stu-died. It was found that the morphology and size of spherical and rod CeO_2 particles inherited that of the precursors and the slice only inherited the morphology. The crystallinity of the spherical particles increased when it was calcined at high temperature, but the morphology and size of which didn't change much. The crystallinity of CeO_2 particles was also affected by the size and crystallinity of precursors. The decomposition and atomic re-arrangement of small size and low crystallinity precursors occured easily and the crystallinity of the calcined CeO_2 particles was high.
