| 摘 要： | 探讨血液中血清型 Ig A含量的变化与胃肠道肿瘤是否合并有淋巴结转移的关系 .选取胃肠肿瘤合并有淋巴结转移及不合并有淋巴结转移的病例共 6 2例 ,进行术前血清 Ig A含量的测定并进行比较 .结果表明术前胃肠道肿瘤合并有淋巴结转移组的血清 Ig A含量高于不合并有淋巴结转移组的血清 Ig A含量 ,经过统计学处理 ,差异有显著性 ( t=2 .939,P<0 .0 5) .通过实验可以得出这样的结论 :术前胃肠道肿瘤患者血清 Ig A含量增高可以提示该患者已合并有淋巴结转移

| Abstract: | To investigate the relations between the change of content of serum immunoglobulinA (IgA) in blood and the gastroenteric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis. 62 examples of gastroenteric carcinoma with and without lymphatic metastasis were selected and the content of serum IgA in blood before operation was compared. Results: Before operation the content of serum IgA in gastroenteric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis is higher than those without lymphatic metastasis. In terms of statistics, the difference is obvious ( t=2.939, P <0.05 ). Conclusion: If the content of serum IgA of those people who have gastroenteric carcinoma inereases, this implies that the gastroenteric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis. |
