摘    要:对从DMC-MEOH二元共沸物中提纯DMC的萃取过程进行了模拟和优化.为了得到纯度达99.9%的提纯物,采用Aspen Plus 10.2对过程进行了计算机模拟和优化,并对3种有代表性的萃取剂(糠醛、乙酸己酯、二甲苯)进行了研究.通过对各个操作参数的优化调节,得到了高纯度的产物,同时对3种萃取剂优劣进行了比较,以期为工业应用提供理论与实践基础.

Abstract:The aim of this work is to simulate and optimize an extractive distillation process for purification of DMC(Dimethyl carbonate) from the DMC-MEOH azeotropic system. All of the work was developed using Aspen Plus simulator,version 10.2,for the purpose of getting the purity DMC(99.9%).In the development of this study,three solvents(Furfural,Hexyl acetate,O-xylene) were tested.Using the simulator,the complete process operation variables were optimized.It was verified that it is possible to purify DMC from the azeotropic system and the compound obtained having a high purity.And a comparative study on the efficiency of the three kinds of extractive solvents was carried out.The obtained results are very important and possible to be used as the theoretical and practical basis for industry apparatus.
