静电场对作物种子萌发生长的影响及机理探讨

摘    要:运用多层同心球形电介质模型分析经静电场预处理的种子,其内部产生的显质力和电致伸缩应力可导致种子膜相和有关酶活性的改变.以生物学理论为基础,研究了静电场对作物种子萌发生长的影响与静电场引起种子膜相及功能恢复和有关酶活性被激活的相关性机理,结论可以解释相关的实验结果.

Abstract:Through applied the model of multilayer concentric sphericity dielectric,crop seeds pretreated by electrostatic field generate polarizing stress and electrostrictive stress,which change the membrane phase and relevant enzyme activation.Based on biological theories,the paper puts forward the mechanism of improving seeds' sprouting and growth through the recovering of seeds' membrane phase and function and the activation of enzyme by electrostatic field.The conclusion can interpret relevant experimental results.
