复合材料随机破坏机理的分析模拟

摘    要:分析纺织结构复合材料的破坏机理并给出了破坏过程的动态模拟方法.复合材料的格点力学初始态满足一定的随机分布,可通过Monte Carlo方法进行随机概率模拟,用格点弹簧模型建立相邻格点之间力学平衡和因破坏过程中失效的载荷的传递分布原则,给出格点失效临界破坏条件.Monte Carlo方法与格点弹簧模型的相互结合较之单纯使用有限元法更能接近复合材料真实的破坏过程.

Abstract:The paper analizes the damage process' principle of composites with textile structure and presents the method or step to simulate composites dynamic damaged process.for the composites' initial state of mechanical property satisfying certain random distribution,We use Monte Carlo method to simulate the freedom probability and use particles spring model to set the dynamic equation to calculate the distribution and transfer of load that added to damaged particles.The study also applys critical condition for the judge of composites' failure.The combination of Monte Carlo method and particles spring model can be better to imitate the damaged process of composites compared to method only using finite element.
