磨削表面分形行为研究

摘    要:运用变分法研究了磨削表面的分形行为,认为用分形维数评价磨削表面的表面粗糙度与传统的评价参数相比,具有与采样长度和测量仪器分辨率无关的优点,可作为一个评价参数来评价磨削表面的表面粗糙度.

Abstract:The fractal behavior of ground surface is studied with variational method. As compared with the conventional evaluation parameter for the surface roughness of a ground surface, the evaluation with fractal dimension has the advantage that it is independent on both the length of the sample and the resolution of the instrument. It can be used as an evaluation parameter for the quality of the ground surface.
