摘    要:评述了CAPP与PPC集成的研究现状及进展.从方法、模型、决策算法、工艺表示和数据建模等五个方面对CAPP与PPC的集成进行阐述,指出了存在的问题以及解决问题的可能思路和途径.提出了CAPP和PPC的集成与工厂控制结构设计相结合的研究方法,并指出进一步的工作将是更全面地考虑到来自CAD、CAQ和CAM的影响,使从产品设计到产品生产整个过程尽可能协同优化地工作.

Abstract:Researches on the integration of CAPP and PPC were reviewed.The methodolgy,models and architecture,decision making algorithms,process plan representation and data modeling which are five aspects of the integration of CAPP and PPC were systematically discussed.Some existing issues and some possible ideas or approaches to settle them were pointed out.As a result of our practices,a research method to combine the integration of CAPP and PPC with the design of factory control structure was advanced.Future research emphasis is laid on taking the influences of CAD,CAQ and CAM into account and making all processes from product design to product manufacturing run cooperatively.
