应用红外热成像技术检测蜂窝结构材料内部缺陷

摘    要:根据红外热波成像技术的基本原理,用辐射热激励方法对蜂窝结构材料进行瞬态加热,同时用高灵敏度热像仪拍摄蜂窝结构材料盖板的热像图,用计算机对热像图进行图像处理,显示蜂窝结构材料的内部形状和缺陷.该技术具有无损、快速、高效、直观和大面积检测等特点.根据理论分析、数值模拟和实验研究,证实用高能量灯照的辐射动态加热是热激励的有效方法,并需用高灵敏度和快速采样的热像仪来获得理想的检测效果

Abstract:By means of thermal video system with high sensitivity thermal photographs of honeycomb material were acquired when it was heated by instantaneous radiation heat flow. Interior flaws in honeycomb sandwich construction can be showed explicitly after thermal image computerized processing. For the infrared nondestructive evaluation, there are advantages, such as non destruction, speediness, high efficiency, visualization, large area, etc. According to the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental study, the dynamic radiation heating using high energetic lamp is proved to be a valid heating method. A fast sampling thermal video system with high sensitivity is needed to detect the interior flaws with high quality.
