| Abstract: | Promoting the further development of the urban reading and nationwide reading activity is an important measure for improving the national quality in China. This paper expounds the significance and current status of developing the urban reading activity, and introduces in detail the superiorities of and measures adopted by university library in promoting the urban reading activity. |
