摘    要:应用综合分析手段对不同W、Mo、Al、Ti含量的GH220合金相的溶解、析出规律进行了研究。找出了主要合金元素对析出相的影响,进一步揭示了合金中微量相的变化规律,给出了不同热处理工艺下相的含量。为合金的研制和使用提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The law of the phase precipitation and phase dissolution in alloy with different content of W, Mo, Al and Ti has been studied by the method of complex phase analysis. The main alloying elements influencing on the precipitated phase have been found, and phase transformation rule is got. The content of kinds of phases have been measured.
