双梁门式起重机水平刚度的分析与评价

双梁门式超重机是国内外露天物料搬运普遍采用的一种大型起重机械,用途十分广泛。其使用性能的优劣表现在各方面,其中,门架结构的水平刚度应是一项重要指标。目前,传统设计和技术标准对该空间结构的研究尚不够深入,尤其在水平刚度的评价与计算方面,与实际结构存在较大的差异。本文针对箱形双梁门式起重机的水平刚度进行全面地分析,从中提出新的评价和控制指标,供设计工作和制定技术标准参考。

The Horizontal Rigidity Analysis and Appraisal of the Gantry Crane with Double Beams

The gantry crane with double beams is a kind of large-scale hoisting machinery universally used in the materials handling in the open all over the world. Its advantages and shortcoming of the operational performance are shown in many aspects.Among them, the horizontal rigidity of the mast's structure is an important index.At present, the conventional design and technical norms are not deep enough in study in the spatial structure, especially in the aspect of appraising and calculating the horizontal rigidity.It has many differences from the real condition.In this article, a comprehensive analysis to the horizontal rigidity of the gantry crane with double beams will be made, and it will give out some new suggestions in the way of appraising and calculating,and also give references to the designers and can help them to formulate a new technical norms in this field.
