蓝宝石超声温度传感器初步研究

摘    要:超声测温比传统的测温方法快速,精确,测温范围广,尤其可以在高温和恶劣的环境中进行测量。本文将蓝宝石作为超声温度传感器的敏感元件,针对超声探头、敏感元件尺寸及区截进行研究,初步设计出蓝宝石超声温度传感器模型,并用钨铼热电偶在高温炉中进行标定,得到蓝宝石超声温度传感器声速随温度的变化曲线。为超声温度传感器在高温环境中的测量奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Ultrasonic temperature measurement method than the traditional fast, accurate, wide temperature range, especially in high temperature and harsh environments for measurements. In this paper, sapphire is used as the sensitive element of ultrasonic temperature sensor. According to the ultrasonic probe, the size and area of the sensing element, the sapphire ultrasonic temperature sensor model is designed and calibrated with tungsten rhenium thermocouple in high temperature furnace, the temperature curve of sapphire ultrasonic temperature sensor was obtained. Which provides a theoretical basis for the measurement of ultrasonic temperature sensor in high temperature environment.
