直馏沥青与半氧化沥青及其混合料性能对比研究

摘    要:为了研究直馏和氧化两种工艺生产的沥青及其混合料路用性能特点,选择两种生产工艺下的70#和90#沥青进行沥青常规指标试验,并分别用四种沥青和AC-16级配配制混合料进行马歇尔试验,对比研究直馏沥青混合料和半氧化沥青混合料高温、低温和水稳定性等路用性能的特点。结果表明,氧化工艺相比较于直馏工艺,能改善沥青高温性能,但在提高沥青的低温性能和抗老化性方面不如直馏工艺;半氧化沥青混合料抗压强度高于直馏沥青混合料;半氧化沥青混合料的高温稳定性,低温抗裂性和低温状态下的水稳定性均在一定程度上优于直馏沥青混合料;鉴于两种沥青各有优缺点,对于高标准重交通道路的石油沥青,建议采用直馏和半氧化综合生产工艺。

Comparative Study on Performance of the Straight Run Asphalt and the Semi-oxidation Asphalt and the Mixture of the Above Two
Abstract:In order to study the performance characteristics of asphalt and its mixture produced by two processes of direct distillation and oxidation, 70# and 90# asphalt that under two production processes were selected to take asphalt conventional index test, the mixture was prepared by four kinds of asphalt and AC-16 gradation respectively and then the Marshall test was carried out, and then the road performance of straight run asphalt mixture and semi oxidized asphalt mixture at high temperature, low temperature and water stability were studied. The results show that compared with the direct distillation process, the oxidation process can slightly improve the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of asphalt, but it can not improve the aging resistance of asphalt; The compressive strength of semi oxidized asphalt mixture is higher than that of straight run asphalt mixture; The high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability that under low temperature condition of semi oxidized asphalt mixture are better than those of straight run asphalt mixture to some extent; In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of asphalt, for the high standard heavy road petroleum asphalt, the direct distillation and semi oxidation comprehensive production process is suggested.
