摘    要:文章利用响应面法对毛叶山桐子发酵饲料的发酵条件进行了优化.实验菌种采用了产朊假丝酵母,实验材料为毛叶山桐子的脱脂果渣.首先利用单因素实验对五个影响发酵的指标进行了研究,然后在单因素的基础上利用Plackett-Burman实验设计筛选出其中显著的三个因子并利用Box-Behnken响应面设计对其进行优化.优化后的条件为发酵温度30℃,料液比1∶1.2,接种量10.5%,硝酸铵添加量8.8%,发酵时间4d.经优化条件发酵后,毛叶山桐子脱脂果渣发酵饲料的粗蛋白由发酵前的8.49%提升到19.13%,脱脂果渣的营养组成变得更加合理.
