摘    要:针对苏通大跨越工程中四管组合柱与双斜材连接节点的加载试验,结合工程研究需要,在试验室现有平面加载试验机的基础上,自行设计并制作了可以辅助其进行空间加载的反力架。为了验证反力架在极限试验荷载下的可靠性,采用有限元分析验证了反力架的强度和变形。最后介绍了采用该反力架已经完成的大型空间复杂节点试验。试验结果表明该反力架结构合理,具有良好的工作性能。为实现塔架节点试件的空间加载提供了可能,也为其他大型节点试件的空间加载提供了设计参考。

Abstract:In order to test the joint with double diagonal members of the large crossing transmission tower over Yangtze River, it is necessary to do space loading. While the 10000kN multifunctional test machine in the lab can only load in the plane, two reaction frames are developed to load out of the plane. The finite element analysis is conducted to prove the reliability and availability of the frames. The results indicate that the reaction frames are strong enough to bear the counter-force. Additionally, the results of the joints experiment also show that the frames have reasonable structures and a good working performance. They make it possible to realize the loading of spatial joints. Besides, this is a design reference for other large-scale spatial joint tests.
