流淌火灾研究综述

摘    要:流淌火灾是油气储运过程中常见的一种火灾事故,其本质是泄漏油品流淌过程遇火燃烧的过程。针对流淌火灾流动模型和实验研究现状进行综述,发现已有的流淌火灾的研究主要以分析模型为主,较少的实验研究也大多针对溢油充分扩展后所形成的池火,缺少对流淌火蔓延动态过程的研究。提出今后研究方向和研究计划,通过设计倾角可调式流淌火实验平台开展实验研究其蔓延行为与燃烧特性,促进对燃油流动和燃烧耦合作用机制的科学认识。

Abstract:Liquid fuel spill fire is one of the common fire accidents in oil-gas storage and transportation, which is essentially the coupling effect between spill and combustion of the leaking liquid fuel. The spread model and experimental researches on spill fire are summarized in this paper and it is found that the existing literature relating to spill fire is mainly about the analysis model and there is only a few researches based on the experiments most of which covers the pool fire not the dynamic spill fire. Based on the review, several research directions as well as a plan for experimental research on spill fire are proposed. An experimental platform with adjustable slope has been designed and built for studying on the characteristics of spreading and combustion of the spill fire, which will promote the further understanding of the coupling mechanism between spill and combustion.
