| 摘 要： | 选矿生产作为钢铁企业生产的重要原料保障,其生产过程连续、原料处理量大、各个工艺环节及管理环节相互关联制约,导致选矿生产计划调度的各种智能优化方法在工程实际应用与验证中具有一定的风险和难度。针对上述问题,提出了基于PM(Production Modeler)的过程建模方法,建立面向UML对象和PM过程的可视化生产流程与智能优化方法相结合的选矿生产计划调度仿真系统平台,开发了相应的软件,为快速研究开发选矿生产计划调度方法提供有效的集成化仿真测试环境,系统具有较好的重用性和扩展性。
