任务导向的虚拟企业间续式结盟治理机制

摘    要:为深入揭示虚拟企业治理的机理,结合任务导向性和间续式结盟特征对虚拟企业治理机制进行了研究.对虚拟企业的间续式契约特性进行了分析,指出虚拟企业是结盟伙伴间所建立起的一系列相互关联的,维系长期合作关系并随市场机遇驱动、以任务为导向间续式履行的契约的组合.对虚拟企业契约的不完备性和社会治理机制进行了讨论.定义了子任务价值系数作为结盟伙伴治理形式选择的依据.对子任务价值系数的主要因素进行了分析,包括资源投入价值、子任务复杂性和风险等.提出了基于AHP的子任务价值系数计算方法.并给出了一个应用算例.

Abstract:To unravel the nature of virtual enterprise(VE) governance,the governance mechanisms were investigated incorporating the task-oriented and recurrent alignment characteristics of VE.VE was redefined as a nexus of recurrent contracts,maintaining long-term cooperative relationships,and enacted from time to time task-orientedly as driven by market opportunities.The incompleteness of VE contracts and the social governance mechanisms were probed into.Subtask value ratio(SVR) was defined as a basis for VE governance form selection.Main factors of SVR,including resource investment value,subtask complexity and risk,were explored.A SVR computational method was proposed based on AHP.An application example was given to illustrate the method.The research can provide strong theoretical supports to VE establishment,operation and governance.
