摘    要:本文研究了双硫踪在pH为9.0的氢氧化钠-硼酸钠介质中与铅和镉显色反应的条件,利用甘油、草酸钾、硫脲、双氧水排除干扰,采用主成分回归同时测定了水质样品中铅和镉的含量,其回收率分别为96.7-109.4%和98.6-106.3%。

Abstract::The conditions for colouration reaction of Diphenyl thiocarbazone and Ph(11) or Cd(Ⅱ) isstudied in the medium of Na2B4O7-NaOH solution (pH=9.0). The disruption is resolved by C3H6(OH)3.K2C2O4 CHOH(CH2OH)2, and H2O2. A principal component analysis(PCA) is applied to simultaneousdetermination of Ph(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) in water. Recover of Ph(Ⅱ) is 96.7%-109.4%, and recovery ofCd(Ⅱ) is 98.6%-106.3%.
