| 摘 要： | 以陈水扁为首的台独分子不断地炮制一些关于台湾的国际法地位的言论,企图为台独制造理论依据.本文从分析台湾的国际法地位入手,指出了台湾并没有可以作为一个独立的国家或是地区的国际法依据.

This paper analyses the international law position of Taiwan, and points out that according to international law, Taiwan can not become an independent country. |
