| 摘 要： | 饮食文化资源是中国旅游资源的重要组成部分。火锅是重庆最具代表性的饮食文化和最有特色的优势资源之一。将火锅这一饮食文化资源与旅游结合起来，开发重庆火锅文化旅游，对促进重庆旅游发展既是必要的，也是可行的。打造重庆火锅文化旅游需要全方位的深层次挖掘，最终实现社会效益和经济效益的双赢局面。

| Abstract: | The catering culture resource is an important composition of tourism resources in China. Chafing dish is the most representation of catering cuture as well as a superior resource in Chonqing. It is necessary and reasonable to help the Chongqing tourism forward to combine chafing dish, a kind of catering culture, with tourism, which will develop the unique chafing dish culture tourism in Chongqing. For creating such kind of tourism, we need dig deeply in it from different aspects so that we can achieve both soical benefits and economic benefits. |
