人本管理五层次及在图书馆中的应用

本文从人本管理中的情感管理、民主管理、自主管理、人才管理、文化管理五个层次,论述了人本管理的本质和内涵,并提出了图书馆管理者在这五个方面所应持有的态度和理念,阐明了它们在图书馆管理中的重要作用。

On Five-layer Human-Based Management and its Application in the Library Management

From emotional management,democratic management,self-management,personnel management,and cultural management such five layers of human-based management,this paper presentd the essence and connotation of human-based management,come up with the corresponding attitude and principles that the librarians should own,and at last explicated the important role that they play in the library management.
