河北省粘细菌物种资源多样性的研究--承德市区及其五县生态样品的研究

采用本室创立或改进的粘细菌分离纯化方法,对采自承德不同地区的372份土壤或其他生态样品中的粘细菌进行了分离纯化和初步鉴定,按不同地点、样品性质和生态环境进行了种群分布及多样性的统计分析。从所采集的样品中,共分离得到7个属(Archangium,Myxococcus,Cysto-bacter,Corallococcus,Melittangium,Stigmatella,Nannocystis)的300余株粘细菌。分析结果表明,承德地区粘细菌在营养丰富的样品中分布数量多,种群多样性好;野外地区样品的粘细菌数量及种群多样性较市区样品具有明显优势;样品性质和分离方法在粘细菌种属多样性的分析中也有重要的影响。

Study on diversity of species resource of myxobacteria in Hebei province:urban district and five counties of Chengde

With isolation methods designed or improved by our laboratory, more than 300 strains of 7 genera, Archangium, Myxococcus, Cystobacter, Corallococcus, Melittangium, Stigmatella and Nannocystis of myxococcales were isolated from 372 samples in some areas of Chengde.Analysis of the samples of shows that isolated myxobacteria have a large quantity and a good diversity of species in nutritious earth different locations, characters and environment. And the mycobacteria in wild samples are ascendent in quantity and diversity than in incity samples. The sample characters and isolation methods play important roles in the study on diversity of species of myxobacteria.
