| 摘 要： | 本文简述了信号源短期频率稳定度的频畴表征方法,介绍了一个单边带(SSB)相位噪声的自动测试系统。文章概述了测量原理、系统组成以及测试步骤。最后给出测试软件的流程图与一个实测的 HP3325A 信号源的 L(f)曲线图。
