| 摘 要： | 该文根据V型坡口对接的特点,通过对多种图像处理方案的对比和分析,从中选出最佳方案,对各个处理步骤安排合理,优化工艺流程,用最少的步骤实现了对焊缝特征值的提取,对最终实现焊接质量图像跟踪奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of V-groove butt, a variety of image processing programs are compared and analyzed to choose the optimized option. The characteristic value of weld is extracted with minimum steps by reasonably arranging various processing steps and optimizing processing flow to lay the foundation for the final weld quality and image tracking. |
