摘    要:随着电动汽车的快速发展,配电网中建设了大量的充电桩和充电站。由于电动汽车的充电行为具有潮汐效应,当大量电动汽车同时充电时将造成配电网中的线路重载,使得部分节点的电压过低。因此研究电动汽车的有序充电以及通过配电网重构改善潮流分布具有重要的意义。首先以配电网的负荷波动最小为目标优化分时电价策略,引导充电站和充电桩控制电动汽车的充电功率以优化负荷曲线,最后通过配电网重构策略改变配电网中的柔性开关从而转移潮流,提高电压质量。通过IEEE33节点算例验证,结果表明所提的有序充电和重构策略能够改善配电网的潮流分布,降低配电网的峰谷差和网损,提高配电网的电压质量。

Abstract:With the rapid development of electric vehicles, a large number of charging piles and charging stations have been built in the distribution network. Because the charging behavior of electric vehicles has tidal effect, when a large number of electric vehicles are charged at the same time, the lines in the distribution network will be overloaded and the voltage of some nodes will be too low. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the orderly charging of electric vehicles and improve power flow distribution through distribution network reconfiguration. Firstly, the TOU price is optimized to minimize the load fluctuation in distribution network. The charging power of EV is controlled by charging station and charging pile to optimize the load curve. Finally, the flexible switch in distribution network is changed by reconfiguration strategy to transfer power flow and improve voltage quality. The results of IEEE33 bus examples show that the proposed sequential charging and reconfiguration strategy can improve the power flow distribution, reduce the peak-valley difference of distribution network and network loss, as well as improving the voltage quality of distribution network.
