地下水人工回灌过程中生物堵塞研究进展

摘    要:地下水人工回灌是应对地下水过度开采最有效的方式之一,而回灌堵塞问题导致回灌效率下降,一定程度上制约了地下水回灌的发展。回灌堵塞根据成因分为物理堵塞、生物堵塞和化学堵塞三种类型,其中生物堵塞是造成回灌堵塞的第二大因素。从生物堵塞的形成机制、对介质渗透性能的影响、在介质内部的发展分布及微生物生长代谢的影响因素等角度对现有的研究进行了总结与分析,当前的研究较多基于单因子研究,较少考虑微生物生长繁殖多因子交互作用,此外,对于微生物生长繁殖及群落演变与介质内部的流动模式相互影响机制的研究也不够深入。

Abstract:Artificial ground)water recharge is one of the most effective ways to control groundwater overdraft. However, clogging of groundwater aquifer restricts the development of artificial groundwater recharge. Clogging can be induced by physical, biological, and chemical process. Bioclogging is the second most important factor causing well clogging. The formation mechanism of bioclogging, influence on porous media penetrability caused by bioclogging, development pattern and distribution of bioclogging in porous media, and factors of microbial growth and metabolism are summarized and analyzed. In the current study, microbial growth and metabolism under multifactor interaction, and the interaction between bioclogging and flow pattern of porous media was less studied.
