摘    要:为得到准确的不同管径水平管气液两相流的压降预测模型,用5号白油和空气在内径为40、60、75 mm,长11.5 m的测试管内进行了水平管气液两相流实验,并结合理论分析研究了不同管径水平管气液两相分层流和环状流压降模型。结果表明:相同气、液量条件下,压降随着管径的增加而减小,且管径对压降的影响较大。结合实验中观察到的流型,分别建立了水平管层流和环状流的压降计算方法,其中层流压降模型中的液相折算系数和环状流压降模型中的气液界面摩擦系数均考虑了管径的影响,新方法对不同管径条件下实验压降预测准确,整体平均绝对误差为6.4%。

Abstract:Accurate prediction of wellbore pressure drop plays an important role in the efficient production of oilfields and the formulation of reasonable production system. There are few studies on pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal pipes with different diameters, and the existing models have certain scope of application, in order to obtain accurate pressure drop prediction model of gas-liquid two-phase flow in horizontal pipes, gas-liquid two-phase flow experiments in horizontal pipes with inner diameters of 40 mm, 60 mm and 75 mm and length of 11.5 mm were carried out by using 5# white oil and air. The effects of pipe diameter on experimental flow pattern and pressure drop were analyzed. It is found that the pressure drop decreases with the increase of pipe diameter under the same gas and liquid flow rate, and the effect is great. Combining with the flow patterns observed in the experiment, the pressure drop calculation methods of stratified flow and annular flow in horizontal pipe are established respectively. The performance of the new method for pressure drop in different flow patterns and pipe diameters is better, and the AAPE is 6.4%.
