摘    要:针对轮式拖拉机悬挂农具机组在上坡时易发生侧倾、后仰和滑移等安全事故问题,采用虚拟样机技术和悬挂农具的质量、悬挂高度及偏置率的3因素3水平正交试验法,研究了拖拉机机组在上坡时的静态纵向稳定性。研究结果表明,旋耕机质量越大稳定度越小,稳定度随悬挂高度的增加先减小后增大,偏置率的变化对稳定度影响不大,稳定度的影响因素敏感性由大到小依次为旋耕机的质量、悬挂高度、偏置率;另外,旋耕机质量越大滑移角越大,滑移角随悬挂高度的增加先增大后减小,随偏置率的增大而略微有所增加,滑移角影响因素的敏感性由大到小依次为旋耕机的悬挂高度、质量、偏置率,最后通过实车试验验证了仿真试验的可靠性。该研究为拖拉机与悬挂农具的匹配及机组的安全使用提供了理论依据和参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the safety accidents of wheeled tractor hanging farm implements unit such as tilt, back-up and slip, the static longitudinal stability of tractor on uphill was studied by using virtual prototyping technology and three-factor three-level orthogonal test method of suspension farm implements quality, suspension height and bias rate. The results show that the greater the quality of the rotary tiller, the smaller the stability of the unit, and the stability of change increase as suspension height decreases initially and increases afterwards. The change of offset rate has little effect on stability. The sensitivity of the factors affecting the stability is from the largest to the smallest, the mass of the rotary tiller, the suspension height, and the bias rate. In addition, the larger the quality of the rotary tiller, the larger the slip angle. The angle of the movement of change as suspension height increases initially and decreases afterwards. The slip angle increases slightly with the increase of the offset rate. The sensitivities of factors affecting slip angle of rotary tillage from large to small are suspension height, mass and bias rate of rotary tillage machine. The quality of rotary tiller and the offset rate of rotary tiller. Finally, the reliability of the simulation test is verified by the actual vehicle test. This study provides a theoretical basis and reference for the matching of tractors and suspension tools and the safe use of the unit.
