| 摘 要： | 根据漓江流域的自然条件和水资源特点,提出采用面向对象的C＋＋程序开发平台,在中文Windows操作系统上开发漓江防洪补水决策支持系统的设想。该系统建设包括基础背景数据库建设和子系统功能模块开发两大部分,在总体框架和功能设计方面,优先改进已有的功能模块,使之适应系统的整体要求;其次是对开发的系统进行集成,并根据应用需求逐步开发新的子系统,完善系统整体功能。该系统建成后将可以充分发挥漓江流域已建或计划建设的控制性水利枢纽工程的整体防洪、补水功效。
