电弧喷涂铁基减摩涂层磨损性能的分析

摘    要:在铝制发动机缸体内壁喷涂铁基减摩涂层代替在其内嵌套铸铁缸套,是实现汽车发动机缸体轻量化的一条重要途径。采用两种铁基合金制作铝制缸体内壁的减摩涂层,在干摩擦、浸油条件下分别进行磨损实验,并与耐磨性较好灰铸铁进行对比,结果显示干摩擦时金属氧化物的润滑效果较石墨差,而油液润滑条件下涂层耐磨性均优于灰铸。观察涂层发现其主要由扁平化粒子堆叠而成,粒子之间夹杂着带状氧化物,还存在一些未熔颗粒、孔隙,表明涂层的孔隙结构的储油效应和表面氧化物起到了明显的减摩作用。
