| 摘 要： | 基于事功之学的立场，叶适揭明讲学大旨，以为儒家道统由尧舜发其端，至孔子而完备，其意蕴是人事与，天行相合，体现在现实政治上则是道德义理与治教名物相统一。以此为据，叶适提出道无所谓三代与汉唐之分，而是贯穿于历史的全部过程。叶适关于道的具体看法及对于道学的批评，也都与其讲学大旨一脉相承。
