| 摘 要： | 中国古代法律语言随着中国古代法律制度和诉讼活动的发展而发展。处于法律萌芽期的先秦非成文法，其法律用语极不成熟，有以下几个方面的显著特征：1、通用性：与全民用语大量地交叉通用。2、复音化程度低：单音节词占主体，许多词处于复音化的初级阶段。3、可替代性：可用同义词替代。4、借用性：常用比喻引申的方法借用全民用语。

| Abstract: | With the development of the legal regime and lawsuit activity,China's ancient legal language developed.In the embryonic period of the legal system,the legal terms in Pre-Qin's written laws were very immature.They had several distinct features.First:their universality,that is,they were used alternatively with general words.Second,the low diplophonia degree.They were dominated by monosyllable words of the diplophonia words at the initial stage.Third:substitutions.Many words were substituted by synonyms.Forth:borrowing.They borrowed general words by analogizing and expanding. |
