| 摘 要： | 将企业R&D(研究与开发 )战略投资分为两个阶段 ,即直接R&D投资阶段和产品竞争阶段 ,建立了两阶段博弈模型 ,采用博弈论中的逆向归纳法 ,对这两阶段博弈进行分析 ,对比了 3种情形 :R&D非合作完全竞争博弈情形 ;R&D不完全合作竞争博弈情形 ;R&D完全合作竞争博弈 (RCJ)情形下企业的R&D战略投资的最优R&D投资量和最优利润 ,最后给出RCJ形式应在现实R&D投资中推广 .

| Abstract: | In this paper, we first introduce two_stage R&D investment of strategic. The first stage is R&D investing game and the second is production compele stage. Then we analyse three R&D investment situations:noncooperation, cooperation and research joint venture, We offer three situations'optimal R&D investment and optimal profits.At last,we show research joint venture (RCJ) is the most popular R&D investment in reality. |
