| 摘 要： | 随着基因技术给人类带来福音的同时,其对传统伦理的负面冲击也是不可忽视的。我们应正确认识和把握基因技术,特别是科技工作者应增强其运用的社会责任感,并且国家要制定必要的科技政策,限制其负面影响,使基因技术更好地为人类造福。

| Abstract: | While giving benefits to people, the skill of gene has also affected traditional moval principles reversively. This can not be neglected. We should recognized and grasp the skill of gene correctly esp. The scientific staff should strengthen their social sence of responsibility used. government should also formulate necessary scientific policies and at the same time limit the reversive influence let the skill of gene benefit to the people |
