| 摘 要： | 由于经济的发展,"闲暇"成了人们生活中的重要组成部分,而闲暇又与工作性质有着不同的逆反性、娱乐性、自由性和预备性的特点.闲暇的内容形式多样,如何解决人们对闲暇内容的追求,避免因闲暇时间的增多而引起一系列社会问题,本文通过对闲暇体育的分析,提出看法.

Leisure has its own characteristics of converse, recreation, flexibility and preparedness, Which are different from work. Leisure has various content and nowadays it is essential to help people spend their time leisure without causing any social problems. This paper presents the authors' own ideas throngh the anelyses of the leisure physical education. |
