红霉素A9-肟羟基的醚化保护

摘    要:用3种烷氧基环己烯(1-异丙氧基环己烯,1-乙氧基环己烯和1-甲氧基环己烯)对红霉素肟的羟基加以保护,同时与醚化剂2-乙氧基丙烯作了比较,反应在二氯甲烷中进行,盐酸吡啶作催化剂,实验发现,1-异丙氧基环己烯和1-乙氧基环已烯的保护比较完全,并对后者进行了工艺研究。

Abstract:Three kinds of alkyloxy cyclohexene, viz. 1-isopropoxycyclohexene, 1-ethoxycyclohexene and 1-methoxycyclohexene, were investigated for hydroxyl protection in erythromycin oxime. The obtained results showed that 1-isopropoxycyclohexene and 1-ethoxycyclohexene were potential protective reagents in clarithromycin synthesis.
