关于氧阴极还原法制备过氧化氢的研究

摘    要:在研究氧阴极还原法制备过氧化氢的工艺过程中,作者对碳电极进行了疏水处理,并利用正交设计对不同方法处理的碳电极以及恒电位值、电解液浓度等条件安排了试验,认为在参加试验的碳电极中以疏水气体熏蒸的电极为好,同时探寻了上述诸因素的相互关系。

Abstract:In the study of hydrogen peroxide production by electro-chemical cathode reduction of oxygen, the reaction on the three-phase boundary surface of oxygenelectrolyte-cathode is mainly considered, so great attention is paid to the preparation of porous carbon cathode in various methods. The orthogonal design is applied in the experiment for selecting proper cathode, proper potential, and proper concentration of electrolyte. Preliminarily, the cathode suffocated with hydrophobic gas is considered the better one in our experiment, and the relation between the several factors stated above is discussed.
