| 摘 要： | 贝利亚被捕后,苏联最高检察院在对“贝利亚案件”作了半年的侦讯后发表的“侦讯报告”中,为贝利亚列举了“外国特务”、“党的叛徒”、“帝国主义代理人”、“制造各民族间的敌视和仇恨”、“企图将内务部放在苏联政府和共产党之上”等主要“罪状”。苏联最高法院特别法庭正是根据这些“罪状”将贝利亚处以极刑,而自此以后的半个世纪以来,有关贝利亚的论著不仅对他的这些“罪状”多深信不疑,甚至还有更进一步的发挥。其实贝利亚被控的这些“罪状”是被强加到他头上的,基本上是不能成立的。苏共二十大揭开大镇压年代的盖子后,贝利亚又被指控“制造冤案,破坏法制”。这一指控虽能成立,但一些论著在对贝利亚这方面的罪行进行叙述和谴责时仍有一些不够实事求是之处。
