| 摘 要： | 以对硝基苯磷酸胆碱为基质,采用N—Z—羟乙基哌嗪—N—Z—乙磺酸缓冲溶液(pH7.4)对磷脂酶C的活性进行测定。用这种方法,观察某些抗菌素及抗肿瘤药物对磷脂酶C活性的影响。其结果表明多粘菌素B增加磷脂酶C的活性;夹竹桃霉素在一定浓度范围内可以抑制磷脂酶C的活性;几种抗肿瘤药物对磷脂酶C的活性没有影响。

| Abstract: | Used para-nitrobenzene phosphocholine as a substrate, activity of the phospholipase C has been mearsured by buffer solution of N-2-hydroxyeth ylpiperazine-N-2-sulfonic acid (pH=7.4). The effect of some aneibioties and on the activity of phospholipase C has been investigated by means of this method1]. Their results indicated, that polymymin B increases the activity of phospholipase C; apocynin can restrain the activity of phospholipase C in the range of a given concentration; some of have not an effect on the activity of phospholipase C. |
