| 摘 要： | 英语教师是英语教学的主导,英语教学的成功离不开英语教师教学素质的提高。随着英语教学改革的不断深入,提高和发展英语教师的素质问题日益受到人们的广泛关注。本文针对英语教师的相关素质问题进行探讨,并提出个人的观点。
