高校女教工"人口与生育"认知行为的调查研究

采用问卷法对高校女教工进行了人口与生育认知等方面的调研与分析．结果显示：该人群的婚姻稳定率较高；95％的人认为我国实际人口超过官方公布的数字；有37％的人认为中国人口要经过一阶段负增长；该人群存在多育的内在驱动力；建议要通过立法，确立按子女数承担社会责任的法规．

Research on the cognitive activities of "population and birth" of female teaching and administrative staff in colleges and universities

By way of doing questionnaire and referring to literature, this thesis investigates and analyzes women on child-bearing age from the perspective of population and birth. The result shows that, this group of women possesses marriage of high-rated stability, but is widely ignorant of the activities of birth control before liberation; 95% of the group believes the actual population in China exceeds the official number; 37% of the group believes China will undergo a period of negative increment; this group of women has an internal drive of more procreation. This thesis suggests that we should establish the law of assuming social responsibilities according to number of offspring.
