| 摘 要： | 吹笙挞鼓是恭城平地瑶一项颇具民族特色的传统民间民俗文化，在历经数百年的传承后出现了走向消亡的迹象，引起了世人的广泛关注。文章在介绍平地瑶吹笙挞鼓的起源的基础上，试图对它在变迁中所出现的特点及变迁的经济、政治和文化等因素展开分析，以期找到导致它濒临灭绝的原因，为抢救和保护该文化作一点有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | Playing the Sheng and beating the Drum, a composition of traditional folk culture of Pingdi Yao, is found to withering away, which arouses the worldwide attention. This essay introduces the origin of playing the Sheng and beat the Drum, analyzes the traits in its vicissitude and explores the reasons of its dying out from economic, political, and cultural elements in the hope of helping to salvage and protect the traditional culture. |
