溴化磷酸酯阻燃PET纤维的研制及其性能研究

摘    要:采用新型添加型阻燃剂FR-PBO制成了阻燃涤纶,对其性能测试结果表明,阻燃剂的加入使聚酯纤维(PET)的阻燃性能明显提高,特性粘度、表观粘度以及熔融结晶过程中的特征温度有所降低,且使PET的热稳定性略有下降。

Abstract:New type flame retardant additive of bromophosphonate has been used for preparing flame retardant PET fibers. The effects of Bromophosphonate on the structure and properties of PET have also been investigated . The results show that the addition of FR PBO make the flame retardancy of PET greatly increased , while the inherent viscosity and the apparent viscosity as well as the thermostability decreased.
