Telocentric chromosomes in pearl millet,Pennisetum typhoides

Summary InPennisetum typhoides S. and H., a new karyotype was found with 13 normal chromosomes and 2 stable telocentric chromosomes, which represent 1 arm each of a submetacentric chromosome.The authors are thankful to Dr.J.
