| Abstract: | This article gives a brief introduction to the international condition of production and marketing of erucic acid, and the industrial uses of erucic acid and its derivatives.Meanwhile it introduces briefly two crucial steps for the production of erucic acid,namely the various means of hydrolysis, separation and purification, and shows their advantages and disadvantages of various means. This article will be helpful for erucic acid production. |
